straight forward and easy for you to place and track your orders at Woodstock Hardware.
You can shop and place your orders any time of the day, seven days a week, at Woodstock Hardware.
Woodstock Hardware will make every effort to process your orders in a timely, efficient manner. Orders received before 1 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day.
The time Woodstock Hardware requires to process your order is the time we need to assemble the items you order and pack your order for delivery. Woodstock Hardware's goal is to process your order within 24 hours during our normal business week (Monday-Friday).
If the weight or dimensions of the products being ordered exceed our standard delivery methods Woodstock Hardware may require additional time to process your order. See Woodstock Hardware's Shipping and Delivery Policy for additional details.

Order Status & Tracking Information
Following is a summary of commonly asked questions whose answers outline how you can check on the status of, and track, your orders placed at Woodstock Hardware.
During the check out process, before paying, you will have the chance to review the details of your order. At that time you will be able to review the; billing address, shipping address, the quantity of and the specific items ordered, the shipping charges, and the order total.
When you place an order at Woodstock Hardware an Order Confirmation email is sent to you confirming we received your order. You may Contact Us at any time to inquire about the status of your order.
You may change or cancel your order if it hasn't been processed. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Woodstock Hardware will make every effort to cancel your order prior to the order being shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped you may refuse the package when it arrives. See Woodstock Hardware's Return Policy for additional information on refusing and returning orders.
If you refuse delivery of an order the additional shipping charges required to return the order will be deducted from your refund. The initial shipping charges paid by Woodstock Hardware to ship an order that is canceled after it has been shipped are also non-refundable.
If an order received free or discounted shipping, the full shipping and handling cost, according to Woodstock Hardware shipping policies may be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
Woodstock Hardware considers an item you ordered that is out of stock as back ordered. Any item you order that is out of stock will be designated back ordered and will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Woodstock Hardware will periodically update you by email on the status of any back ordered items.
Woodstock Hardware will keep you informed of where your order is from the time you place it to the time your order is delivered to you. Woodstock Hardware will notify you on the status of your order as follows.
Remember the total time it takes for you to receive your order is based on the time required for Woodstock Hardware to process your order and the shipping option you selected during your checkout process.
